The work

Leading the technical strategy and end-to-end architecture for Impact Advantage as CTO. The platform is the world's first fully automated SROI and predictive impact intelligence platform, backed by the Hatch Enterprise accelerator programme.

The problem it solves is fundamental. Current approaches to measuring social value either use proxy estimates that undervalue real impact by up to 75%, or require specialist consultancy costing thousands and taking six to eight weeks per project. Impact Advantage automates this using a combination of formalised project types, parameters, software automation, and AI. The platform reduces SROI pathway creation from six weeks to a few hours.

Created the full multi-agent architecture powering SROI scoping, outcome modelling, evidence retrieval, valuation logic, causal chains, and predictive scenario modelling. This is not a wrapper around an LLM. It is a purpose-built agentic system where each agent has a specific domain responsibility and the orchestration layer manages the reasoning chain.

Developed an AI interface allowing LLMs to integrate with the platform for safe, controlled access to organisational data for AI reasoning. Architected the multi-tenant Azure environment including APIM, SQL, RBAC, Auth0, network isolation, failover design, IaC pipelines, and DevOps standards.

The platform analyses social value at project, Government Social Value framework, customer contract, UN SDG, Four Capitals, and organisational KPI level. When a new bid comes in, AI extracts the social value requirements and analyses them against existing impact programmes to identify gaps and suggest projects to fill them.

The intersection of AI and social impact measurement is a domain where precision matters and the consequences of getting it wrong are real. The system has to be auditable, explainable, and defensible.

If this sounds familiar, you already know the next step.
