I am currently building production multi-agent AI systems. Before that, I spent my career in engineering leadership across fintech, proptech, telecoms, and investment banking. I have built three companies to valuations above £50m. I have passed three VC due diligence processes from the inside with no issues raised. I have managed teams from 5 to 70 people across four continents.
The pattern is always the same. The problem is rarely what it looks like. Missed deadlines, team friction, slow releases, and technical debt that never shrinks are symptoms. The actual cause is usually structural: wrong team shape, wrong process, wrong incentives, or wrong architecture for the stage the business is at.
I find the actual cause and fix that. Not by adding process. By removing the things that make delivery unpredictable.

How I work
I am direct. I will tell you what I see, not what you want to hear. I diagnose before I prescribe. I fix systems, not symptoms. I embed quickly, build context fast, and start having an effect within the first two weeks.
The calm is not a personality trait. It is something that was built over years of learning what happens when you move too fast and carry too much. That experience is what makes the diagnosis reliable.
